Payment:

 

Payments are accepted via the PayPal payment system and include the use of most major credit cards.  You do not need a PayPal account.  Just add your product to the shopping cart and follow the instructions for completing your purchase.

 

Delivery

 

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  If, after this time you have not received your purchase contact us at info@rcfly.co.uk.

 

Transit Damage

The sale is termed “Ex-factory”.  Each delivery constitutes a separate contract between the courier and the consignee.  All liabilities regarding the Equipment become the responsibility of the purchaser immediately at the time of the sale being agreed regardless of payment terms.

RC Fly shall deliver or produce delivery of the Equipment on behalf of the purchaser to the address specified in the Purchaser's order.  Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing or stated in the product listing, the price of the Equipment excludes all costs of packing and delivery which are charged to the Purchaser in addition to the price of the Equipment.

It is recommended that the Purchaser arrange for insurance of the Equipment during transit and shall bear the costs thereof. RC Fly are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to effect a claim against either the courier or the insurance company for any damage to the consignment once it has left our possession.

RC Fly will use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery of the Equipment by a specific delivery date requested by the Purchaser in writing. However, time of delivery shall not be of the essence of any contract and RC Fly shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from any failure to effect delivery on or by such date or otherwise.

RC Fly reserves the right to suspend all deliveries to the Purchaser and/or terminate any contract for the supply of equipment to the Purchaser without liability in the event of any breach by the Purchaser of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Returning defective goods for replacement

All sales are final. Exchange is possible only when merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.

Only qualified returns of goods damaged or “dead-on-arrival” are accepted. Qualified returns mean that the merchandise must be in 100% brand new, unused condition, in its original packaging with packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging, etc. All in all, merchandise must be in the same condition as when despatched.

Returning, exchange and replacement of used or accidentally damaged merchandise is not allowed. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, signs of damage due to hard landing and impact, signs of assembling or disassembling, installing software or discarding the packing material are examples of what we consider used merchandise.

A
request to exchange for a different model for personal reasons is not acceptable.

Clearance items cannot be returned.

Requests for return or exchange must be received via email at info@rcfly.co.uk within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise.  RC Fly reserves the right not to consider requests received thereafter.

Reporting Missing or Damaged Parts

Please check carefully for missing or damaged parts upon receipt. Requests for replacement of missing or damaged parts must be received via email to info@rcfly.co.uk within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise. RC Fly reserves the right not to consider requests received thereafter.

Merchandise Checklist


Step 1: Check your package immediately upon arrival.

Step 2: Note any goods found to be partly or totally defective or where there are missing or damaged parts.

Step 3: Report to us via email to info@rcfly.co.uk within 7 days.  Please quote your Order Number, name in full, registered email address, mailing address, and any other relevant information.

Step 4: We will confirm the return & exchange arrangement by return email.

Step 5: If return is agreed by us, we will supply an address for you to ship the merchandise back to. The merchandise must be returned complete with your Order Number, name in full, registered email address, mailing address, and other relevant information

Step 6: Replacement will be made only after we receive the returned merchandise

Important Points to note

Although all items are double checked before packing and shipment to minimise defects, etc., it is always the customer's responsibility to check the merchandise immediately upon its arrival. Report of missing or damaged parts / defective goods should be made within 7 days otherwise return & exchange cannot be considered.

All reports should be made to our info@rcfly.co.uk email address quoting your name in full, registered email address, mailing address and other relevant information for our reference.

Replacements will only be dispatched once the returned goods have been received by us.


Returned merchandise must be in 100% brand new, in unused condition, in its original packaging with packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact within the original packaging.  A 20% re-stocking charge will be levied if it is found necessary to replace the original packaging or refurbish the product prior to resale.


All merchandise should be returned to the address provided using a carrier that provides a tracking number as proof of shipment.  RC Fly cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned merchandise in the course of shipping.

We will normally take less than 10 working days to process and arrange re-shipment.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Where the returned merchandise is found to be genuinely defective, replacements will be despatched free of charge with no additional shipping and handling charges.

RC Fly reserves the right to refuse an exchange or replacement if, in our opinion, the merchandise has been damaged, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.

The above terms are subject to our final decision. RC Fly reserves the rights to amend this policy without further notification
